- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am rating this dentist on behalf of my grandparents. My grandmother (81 years old) went to inquire regarding her root canal on both upper sides of her mouth. My grandmother specifically inquired about prices because she was concerned about her finances. Dr Cheung was extremely rude and responded in a dismissive manner and continued to say "I don't know" for everything regarding prices. We only wanted an approximate price but okay we will let it slide. Even after multiple atrempts to inquire for pricing, she became frustrated and was unprofessional with my grandmother. In addition to all this, my grandmother inquired about only doing one side instead of both and Dr Cheung immediately rejected this opportunity and stated she would ONLY do both sides. There was no patient care, respect and empathy. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this dentist to anyone.by Shevaun LaiAugust 17, 2017
