- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The most imcompetent branch ever. Requested to change my name, took like an hour to make a copy of all my IDs (drivers license, TD bank card, student IDs all showing the same name I'm requesting to change)also permission from manager then asked me to call a week after to request my new card b/c they have no way of doing that using their poor system. Called one month after, nothing changed and asked me to go back again as this is a branch problem... The worst part is that you can't submit any copies of your id online and the wait time is ridiculous even with so little customer.
