- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist (Cathy) was very impolite on telephone and even aggressive when insisting she will not reschedule my appointment.. I unfortunately had to cancel my first appointment one hour before my appointment booked. It was due to an emergency and I did not have a choice, I had to cancel and reschedule. The clinic did not allow me the option to pay a cancellation fee and refused to reschedule me. I am happy to know this is the level of service I would receive from this office. I am new to Toronto and seeking a new dentist, I am happy I have not started the new client process, only to have found this out at a later date.by Carmen CudmoreApril 17, 2017
