- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I read the negative review and honestly I don't know where it comes from. I found the receptionist extremely friendly, she took all of my information and quickly coordinated with my insurance. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The office itself is really nice as well- everything is brand new and the latest and greatest- and the decor is pleasant. Today was my first time at Copper creek and I thought Dr. Chan was knowledgable, patient, and very gentle. He found a pretty deep cavity that my previous dentist didn't find (he took the time to show me on the x-ray), along with a few very minor ones that I didn't need to worry about at the moment. He did not do or suggest anything that was unnecessary. I found him to be extremely competent and honest and I would not hesitate to return.
