- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is mainly for the Lab. The receptionist is very disrespectful and rude. She will yell at patients on the phone and in person (no matter your age) and tell them she has been working there for 22 years and patients dare to question what she said. She said patients have to show her respect. She will not call by numbers even thought each patient has to take a number. She is very arrogant and even swear in the clinic. Please for your dignity, go to another clinic. I have visited different CML location but this one is the worse. I will never go there again.by A Google UserJune 16, 2017
