- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In our very first visit, the front desk lady failed to make insurance claim and asked us to pay in cash first, which we said no to, so thankfully after some time the other employee came and fixed it and claimed it for us. My scaling experience was rather on the negative side, hurt terribly (but this is to some extent unavoidable because every scaling normally hurts, mine just happened to be extra painful with lots of bleeding), and also felt as if being treated with sort of unfriendly tone of voice, which was unpleasant for me. However, the dental service provided by doctors are certainly much better than hygienist. But still, I would have to look for other dentist to go to.by J MNovember 23, 2017
