- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I typed up this complaint just 5 minutes ago. Went back to check and it was gone. Hmmmm???? I wonder why. So here I am again to advise you not to deal with this broker. There are other far more qualified agents in the company. I sent a cancellation letter to this broker more than a month before my renewal. He said he would get back to me for a better rate. I never heard from him so I searched on my own. I called 3 days before my vehicle was due for pick up and asked the broker for a 'letter of experience'. He then offered me a better rate and advised me that it will take 2-3 weeks for the document. BS!!! I declined the offer and know that it doesnt take that long to get a 'letter of experience'. YOU should have done your job and offered me a rate when you said you would and not at the last minute!!! I have proof of emails, phonecalls and voicemails I have sent this broker. I would have to call all day until he picks up the phone. Its not the company, its the broker. I will make a formal complaint to both Jevco Ins. and All-Risk Ins. Hire more qualified agents or send this broker to a 'customer service 101' seminar.by Mery EMay 29, 2017
