- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been coming to Active Life since February for massage therapy. The staff is always friendly and accommodating for appointments. I see Phyllis and she is wonderful! She listens to me about pain areas. She offers stretching excercises and advice for helping me take care of my back.
