A follow-up email was also provided to make sure everything is good after taking the vaccine. Really appreciated she was able to reply email quickly even in off business hours. The nurse, Anna, who I spoke to over the phone and who l later had my consultation with was extremely helpful! She was very knowledgable, friendly, thoughtful and thoroughly answered any and all of the questions I had.
