  We have been taking our dog for weekly baths at this location for two years. The place was run down and management was indifferent to customer complaints. A gentleman named Mike recently took over the store and has greatly improved the service and the cleanliness. His staff especially Eden and Jackie are polite, helpful and very friendly. The wash tubs are kept clean and there are always towels available.

  I've been washed my dog in this store for over a year. I felt it's enjoyable and convenient to wash my dog here. Since today, my dog was sprayed by skunk, I brought the skunk shampoo the wet my dog. However, after I applied shampoo on my dog. A man said he is the owner of the store and he said we were not allow to wash our dog here because our dog was sprayed by skunk. I felt so disappointed my dog already get wet and he even not allow us to use the blow dryer. I felt so disappointed and angry about this store.
