- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Neil Chang has been my OBG for over 6 years now since 2009. He is a great doctor, very caring, knowledgeable and provides great advice. The only problem is that he has a rude, unprofessional secretary who is so inefficient during her work day that she continuously keeps her lines busy. Which means, patients can't leave messages for rescheduling an appointment. To save her own butt from being inefficient, she would then charge patients a cancellation fee of $100. Dr. Chang is great but good luck dealing with the horrible receptionist! Patients first is NOT their mandate!by Carmen LiJuly 10, 2017
