  I am extremely disappointed with the service, I have received over the last 3 weeks of placing my first order. I have had two issues with my order/insurance company without hearing a word from Bayshore. After I called and spent my work time on hold, I was informed that there was an issue, I informed the individual on the line that all issues and order confirmations are to be e-mailed directly to myself or updated on my online account. Without hearing anything from Bayshore, I called following the 2-3 shipping days had passed, and another associate said there were outstanding balances. Which I had not been contacted about. My 3 business days have turned into 3 weeks and I have still not received my order, any compensation, and the company has not made any effort to e-mail order invoices, tracking numbers or receipts of any kind. This so called, easy online ordering, has turned into a complete nightmare. If I hadn't had a back up machine, I would have been out of luck.

  This company is inaccessible on the customer service number; I waited 40 minutes before finding another way to reach them via head office - So frustrating that if I could get my needs filled elsewhere, I would!
