- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today was my last day coming to this place... if I could give 0 stars I would... did a Breast ultrasound in Feb...waited for several weeks to find out what is wrong with my breast...still no follow up call as I was told results will be sent to Dr in 3-7 days... waited and still no response after 1 month had to call and schedule my own follow up...was given a date which was Good Friday by call center... reaffirm with Rep if date given was correct she stated yes Dr will be working...was not confident but by my surprise...received a call the Thurs Dr is not working due to holiday...not surprised was given a date 2 weeks later...a days after confirming call...received an email I must schedule a follow up apt with Dr Tohme...absolutely ridiculous... this place has lost my commitment as a NEW PATIENT...to make it even better my apt was April 24th at 9:30 am...arrived at 9:12am signed in...by 9:25 Dr came running in while 6-7patients waiting from 8:30am...this is getting better...I was in waiting area for 1hr...at 10:30 called into room...waited another 20min...this is a recurring issue....NEVER RECOMMENDING!!by Ven ThomSeptember 21, 2017
